Common faults and solutions of hanging noodle production line
Most hanging noodle production lines often have some unavoidable minor problems in daily use. The following is a small introduction to the hanging noodle production line common failures and solutions:.
1. Uneven thickness on the running side or both sides of the rolling section is caused by the inconsistent gap between the two ends of the rollers, which can be solved by properly adjusting the gap between the two ends of the rollers.
2. Hanging surface bending, is the scraper, tool, comb installation angle is too large caused by the appropriate adjustment can be solved.
3. Panel sticky roller is often caused by too much moisture in the noodle billet, another factor is loose scraper bolts.
4. The noodles will not be broken during processing, mainly because the cutting edge of the cross section is not consistent with the bottom plate, which can be solved by proper adjustment of the position.
5. The panel can not be connected, resulting in the analysis of broken or residual panels, which is usually caused by the gap between the rollers. When the panel is broken, the gap between the lower pair of rollers can be reduced and the gap between the upper pair of rollers can be increased. When the plate is left, the adjustment method is exactly the opposite of the broken plate.
Automatic hanging noodle production line is a kind of automatic hanging noodle production line with high automation degree at present. Flour is extruded into noodle sheet by multiple sets of dough rollers, cut into strips by cutting knife at the front head, then cut by cutting knife, and then processed by automatic strip picker for loading the rod, so that the pressed noodles are automatically hung on the noodle rod and dried in the drying room. The temperature is adjustable, and the hanging noodles enter the intelligent cutting machine and are automatically cut and shaped. Hanging noodle production line can achieve the following functions.
(1) Hanging noodle production line can realize automatic quantitative supply of flour. The ideal design should be to draw the flour into a small storage tank (about 600kg) at a certain height through the induced draft fan and piping system. The small storage tank drops the flour into the automatic batching scale (which can be set) through the control system, so that the flour can be weighed accurately. The flour used can be customized from the flour manufacturer or produced in-house.
(2) Noodle curing system, i.e. the pressed noodles are cured at a certain time, temperature and humidity to make the noodles smooth, tough and flavorful.
(3) Crushing belt crushing system. That is to say, the broken strips produced during the production process are gathered into the storage tank through the hinges and then crushed by the crusher, and the crushed flour is guided back to the storage tank through the induced fan and pipeline.
