The main process of producing fresh noodles is: water supply - flour supply - and noodles - ripening - slicing, cutting - cooling - conveying - packaging -Storage, etc.

The main equipment corresponding to the above process are: water supply system - powder supply system (or manual powder pouring) - noodle mixing machine - maturing machine - noodle pressing machine - cooling conveyor - packaging machine, etc.

The process and equipment of fresh noodles seem to be simple, but in fact, the equipment requirements of each link are extremely strict and picky, such as the general use of vacuum and noodle machine and noodles; need more than one maturing device and so on. In addition, it is also necessary to build cold storage to preserve freshness and transport with refrigerated trucks, etc.

Semi-dry noodle production line is based on the raw noodle with high temperature drying and softening modeling process, and the moisture content of the finished product is generally between (20-25)%, and must also do antiseptic treatment.
